“两网融合”背景下贸易经济专业人才培养模式探讨

本文总结梳理了“两网融合”复合型贸易经济专业人才培养的现状和新的要求,分析了“两网融合”复合型贸易经济专业人才培养的发展方向。从建立教学和科研复合型教学团队模式、信息化平台和实验室“多媒介”培养模式、“两网融合”平台全流程内部审计型人才培养模式、“课程思政+专业技能”结合教学模式等四个方面总结模式创新的基本途径。     

Ethnic discrimination in hiring,labour market tightness and the business cycle - evidence from field experiments

Several studies using observational data suggest that ethnic discrimination increases in downturns of the economy. We investigate whether ethnic discrimination depends on labour market tightness using data from correspondence studies. We utilize three correspondence studies of the Swedish labour market and two different measures of labour market tightness. These two measures produce qualitatively similar results, and, opposite to the observational studies, suggest that ethnic discrimination in hiring decreases in downturns of the economy.     

Applying the counseling-learning approach to a tourism-related massive open online course

ABSTRACT

This study discusses how to apply counseling-learning (CL) principles to a particular e-learning solution for teaching a tourism-related subject via a massive open online course (MOOC). Several effective caring patterns in achieving learning-related goals and being part of a community according to the CL principles are presented and discussed using the MOOC “eTourism: Communication Perspectives” as a case study. The study underlines how the MOOC platform can act as a place for contents enjoinment and active learning. Moreover, the active role of social media for increasing the engagement of learners in the proposed activities and for developing a sense of the community is identified. In particular, Facebook and Twitter can act as places for community building and informal social interactions among learners that last beyond the completion of the course, which in turn can be a valid aid for continuing the relationships among instructors/learners and learners/learners, and for reaching new ones.     

基于模糊评价模型的物流管理专业实践教学体系研究

考虑物流管理专业实践教学的特性,从实践环节、创新与创业、管理机制、教学团队等方面构建了实践教学指标体系,并运用模糊综合评价法进行评价分析。研究结论表明,毕业实习、毕业论文、学科竞赛、创新与创业项目对物流管理专业实践教学的影响较大。     

高校中级财务会计课程教学改革探讨

中级财务会计是会计学专业的一门主干课程,起着承上启下的重要作用,但在教学过程中还存在许多问题,如重理论轻实践、考核体系单一、教学环节缺乏思政元素等。论文针对这些问题,尝试提出改革教学方式、深化校企合作、多元化考核、强化会计人员职业操守等建议,旨在进一步提升教学质量,突出学生的主人翁地位。     

Leadership in agricultural machinery circles: experimental evidence from Tajikistan

Leadership is critical for the viability of rural groups. The way in which leadership is legitimised can mediate leader and group member behaviour in the face of social dilemmas. Yet there has been scant research on leader‐follower dynamics in naturally occurring groups. Highlighting the case of agricultural machinery circles in Tajikistan, the effect of leading by example on investments to a collective good is studied in a framed field experiment. To increase realism, and contrary to standard economic experiments, this investment is a voucher allowing the group to make a real‐world machinery purchase at reduced costs. Two treatments manipulate leaders’ legitimisation. Elected leaders achieve 30 per cent higher contributions to the collective investment against a baseline version without a leader. Contributions remain, on average, relatively stable over the course of the game. The results are discussed with reference to the debate on external intervention in agricultural producer organisations.     

管理会计在VBSE实践教学平台中的创新应用研究--基于高职会计技能大赛管理会计赛项视角

数字经济时代下各行业经营环境愈加复杂,传统的财务会计已经无法有效满足企业内部管理的需要,急需向管理会计方向转型。VBSE实践教学平台通过模拟企业真实经营环境让更多学生有机会感受和体验公司财务工作,但其内容仍然以会计核算、纳税申报、报表编制等传统知识点为主,缺少管理会计方面的分析、预测、战略制定等经营管理决策活动的内容设计。以高职会计技能大赛管理会计赛项为视角,分别从资金、营运、成本和绩效四个岗位研究管理会计在VBSE实践教学平台中的融入和创新应用,旨在完善VBSE实践教学平台中的管理会计建设,培养更多管理会计人才。     

烹饪专业食品营养与卫生课程教学改革

随着我国高职教育的迅速发展,以“工学结合”为特色的课程标准广泛应用于高职院校烹饪专业的教学中。食品营养与卫生课程是一门重要的课程,为进一步提升该课程的教学质量,培养学生的职业能力和职业素养。本文结合食品营养与卫生课程教学改革现状,提出教学改革途径,以期实现食品营养与卫生教学质量的进一步提升。

文章结合了管理沙盘和ERP管理软件的各自特点,提出了适合于管理专业特色的基于ERP软件平台的管理沙盘仿真教学模式,旨在整合实践教学资源,使学生在学习和企业仿真模拟过程,体验到直观性和真实感,提升实践教学效果,培养学生的实践决策能力和必要的就业技能。     

基于综合性实验教学平台优化经济管理实验教学体系的探讨

当前经济管理实验教学建设方面，还存在诸如实验项目综合性创新性不足，缺乏完善的实验教学运行保障机制，实验教学平台综合性不够完善等问题，这就迫切的需要进一步完善与优化实验教学体系，使其在培养复合型、应用型财经人才方面充分发挥作用。
